1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using REALTEA ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and current profile information.
• Choosing a unique username that does not impersonate others.

3. User Conduct

When using REALTEA, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory comments about properties or users.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users through comments or ratings.
• Use the platform to spam, advertise unauthorized services, or distribute malware.
• Attempt to manipulate ratings, favorites, or engagement metrics.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App without authorization.
• Impersonate real estate agents, property owners, or other users.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• User Content: You retain ownership of comments and content you post. By posting, you grant REALTEA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content within the App.
• Property Listings: Real estate listing data, including photos and property details, are provided by MLS data sources and are subject to their respective terms and copyright protections.
• MLS Attribution: Property data is provided by the Pikes Peak MLS and other contributing sources. All rights reserved by the respective data providers.
• App Content: The REALTEA brand, design, and proprietary features are owned by REALTEA and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Ratings and Reviews

The star and poop rating system, along with comments, are intended for honest, good-faith opinions about properties. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is reported as abusive.

6. Sponsored and Boosted Listings

• Sponsored listings are paid placements that appear in your feed marked with a "Sponsored" label.
• Boosted listings are promoted based on geographic proximity to your location.
• Sponsored content is shown once per day per user. Each unique view counts toward the boost campaign total.
• REALTEA is not responsible for the accuracy of information in sponsored listings.

7. Agent Profiles and Verification

• Users may identify themselves as real estate agents. Agent badges indicate self-reported status.
• Cofounder badges are reserved for verified REALTEA team members.
• Badge status does not constitute endorsement by REALTEA.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

REALTEA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property listing data.
• The availability or reliability of the service at all times.
• That information provided by users (comments, ratings) is accurate or truthful.

9. Limitation of Liability

REALTEA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to decisions made based on property listings, ratings, or user comments.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
